DISCHEM'S Humiliating services.

Today I went to dischem at Birch Acres mall to buy few baby items and I mistakenly took a wrong baby milk. 60 minutes later I returned to the shop to change the item with a slip. I asked a lady called Sisanda Sono for help but the lady gave me a very bad attitude and very rude. She was shouting and blatantly refused to help saying protocol didn't allow her to help me. I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers. I am very disappointed and hurt by this experience. I thought Dischem was my go to shop but after this experience, they lost a customer in me.
