Dischem's delivery service is a ****!

I placed an online delivery order about 2 weeks ago and the 7 days delivery promise is nothing but a bluff, more like 7days of customer being a headless chicken confirming the order and as to why it hasn't been dispatched for over a week!

I had to call multiple times to understand what the current status (at the time) of the order was. Then there DPD courier services - would give them zero stars if I could! Easily the most atrocious service I have evee received. No care whatsoever in the world. I still don't have my order by the way! Their phones just ring, I was on the line for almost an hour on both days and it just rings. Mind you, I still don't have my order!!!
