Dischem's admin more important than client service.

Very disappointed in dis-Chem Riverwalk in Vereeniging. As always we expected great service from dischem but the last two days me and my wife had a horrible experience. It started 17/12/2019 just after 17:00 when we visited Dischem in Vereeniging at Riverwalk Centre. As we entered the store to visit the baby clinic for the first time, the security guard made us aware that we are already late and we have missed the sister. Even though the store closes at 19:00, the baby clinic closes at 17:00 which is understandable. The problem is with the staff members who, came across very rude and we said that we will rather come back the next day. 18/12/2019 we arrived at dischem 16:20 sister still on duty. We were then told that the sister has admin to do and that she is not willing to help us at that time. I did not understand, how can admin be an reason that is justifiable not to help a client. We chose Dischem because we thought we will get good service there but aparantely this sister's job is to do admin and client service is of no importance whatsoever. We then went to the front desk to complain and the assistant manager was called to deal with this situation... My question remains, what is done to teach the people working at the baby clinic some basic human relations s****s or is the next customer that works till four going to be treated the same we were?
