Dischem - zero Customer Service for online orders

I placed an order online with Dischem Living Fit on 27 August 2026. On 31 August 2026, they called me to say they don't have stock of the item in my area, so they can't ship the order. I received an email that same day cancelling the order DLF-8375. The email said I can expect to see the refunded amount reflected in my account within the standard processing time. Today is 4 September 2026 and still no refund has been received. I called the Dischem office now at 16h45 only to be told the Customer Care department is closed.
