Sinegugu Hlatshwayo Pharmacist bad communication skills and bad attitude. Came to the store asked her to assist as the was only two pharmacist Available on the store she said she doesn’t understand venecular yet her Surname and name is in the same language we were communicating with venecular. One of her response was that it’s her time to knock off she cannot help yet she was walking around putting medications on the floor.

It is sad that a full qualified pharmacist cannot stand by elements of health rules. I believe the reason why you have an African Pharmacist specifically is to communicate in venecular to client but yet you still have them saying they don’t understand language. It’s sad that your employ think that you sell medicine not service. It’s sad that you had a only two people yet service takes forever. Your service is nonsense and you deserve better pharmacist who knows service level than pretend not to understand same people that are speaking their language.
