Dischem Woodmead New Management

I was extremely disappointed by the treatment we received today with my mother at Dischem Woodmead Retail Park Jhb. We came to buy a few things and we came in with a trolly full of groceries from PnP . They provided a basket for us at the door and we put it ontop of our groceries in the PnP trolly. I shopped for a few things and places them in the basket, my mom was also looking for her own cosmetics and she put her shower gel ontop of the groceries. Unfortunately at the till we forgot to pay for her shower gel and we paid for all the things in the basket . The security stopped us by the exit asking us if we payed for the shower gel and my mom admitted she forgot, I also forgot about them. They were visible and not even hidden but we were accused of *****ing. Management was called, a big scene was made. Management wanted to call police to get us arrested. He did not even ask us what happened. They closed all the doors, and we were treated like *********. Mind you I was from work still wearing my scrubs ... rushing home to cook. It was humiliating to stand there and told that we are going to a jail cell.

DISCHEM WOODMEAD was my go to store almost every month I I shop for my son's cosmetics. But today I was disappointed We were told by the manager to never ever come back to the shop. When I asked the security for his name they said they don't know his name as he is new at the store.

I beg can something be done with the service we received. Being treated as ********* after shopping so much only to be told we stole something worth R80

I am totally disgusted by the management at Woodmead dischem... he didn't even look at us or try talk to us he just called security from the shopping Complex n it was just a horrible scene.
