Dischem Wonderboom unpleasant service

I have bought a Russel hobb supreme glide iron on the 21st of August 2025 and I used it on the 24th of August, it stopped working and I took it back to the shop this morning and they told me it's still within 7 days, I packaged everything on the box and still intact, I was told they need to return it to the supplier before they can give feedback if they would refund or not, I am not happy with the service because they could have refunded me to get another iron, I need the matter to be attended to as it's a cost for me to go to their shop and it's time consuming
