Dischem wipes damage leather lounge suite and Dischem cannot furnish proof of product tests

Regular use of Dischem's Home Butler wipes caused serious damage to the surface of my expensive leather lounge suite. Despite my constant communication and request for proof and results of QA testing of product for regular use, nothing has been forthcoming. In fact, the ********* responses received from staff has been unacceptable. I have requested that the product be taken off the shelf until the matter has been resolved to protect the furniture of prospective or current Customers and this was not done. I have also requested for a warning of damages if product is used regular to be printed on packaging and this was ignored. I was asked to send a quote for repairs by Operations Director, Brian Epstein and months later, I have not received any communication. Shocking!
