Dischem Westgate is going to the dogs

The staff is so *********** over the phone, their product knowledge is minimal and it does not help that the manager is also an asshole. He literally put the phone down while i was speaking. I wonder if i should just stop buying from Dischem in westgate and buy online or direct from suppliers.
