Dischem westgate

I got the worst experience today at westgate mall . I was there to collect my medication ,so i went to the collection point, only to find that the was no one .i had to ring the bell 5/10 min .after i was aggressively call to the new presentation point . Because i even said "hello" .i was told to never go to the collection point because they dont use it and when i asked about the board on top(collection board) i was told that i shouldn't mind things which doesnt concern me i dont work there.the woman was every rude .she even refused to call her line manager. When i spoke to the store assistant manager , he told me that he knows that they usually treat the clients bad and he doesnt have power over them or have the right to reprimand them. Thats why the store stuff members give great good customer service and the pharmacy give worse customer service
