Dischem went way beyond my expectations.

around 2016 i bought a knee brace from Dischem; over the years, using it, lending it out, i need to use it again. I had lost the metal supports at the sides. I wrote to the manufacturer, and also to Dischem HO asking if they could get me the metal supports; imagine my delight when the Manager from Greenstones contacted me to help rectify my problem. YOU ARE A STAR Fanie... and i appreciate you and Dischem for going way beyond ... 'MY' expectations. I will continiue to shop at Greenstones Dischem, simply because YOU were so helpful Fanie...
