Dischem wellness clinic

Firstly I tried calling the wellness clinic at Dischem ****arney Mall to make an appointment and there was no answer for 3 days, so I went in store to make an appointment which was clearly for 12:00 and now when I get here I see the lady, she booked it for 11:00 and then they were still rude about making a mistake, this is absolutely pathetic.
