Dischem Walmer Park Shopping Centre poor customer service

We received a voucher from Nestlé to purchase our son's milk, but the voucher doesn't work so my voucher asked Dischem if they can assist her by contacting Nestlé, which they rep**** to: "We don't contact suppliers" Since being in retail for 14 years I have never heard such bull, but boycott Dischem they said, guess that's what everyone should start doing. Absolutely poor customer service.
