Dischem very bad service

Very bad service, received from Dischem today. Ordered medication via App. When my husband gets to the store to collect they told him there is nothing he must go to another Dischem to check the order there. He was then told, order not received but order was given a reference number. Thinking that's bad, he was told we are closed we can't help.
