DISCHEM VERDI PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I needed to get medication from the dispensary. They were out of stock. The lady at the dispensary offered me another dosage at almost double the price. Without explaining what she was doing, she then called one other branch who was also out of stock. She then told me in a rude tone that “she did offer me the other dosage explaining that she doesn’t have enough of that either”. I didn’t know what to say as I needed my medication but she just stared at me with a blank look. I then asked her for my script so I could go to another pharmacy, she then told me “nope she can’t give me a copy of my script”. I am now without my meds and not sure how to go about this
