Dischem Valley View Poor Service

Dear Dischem Valley view,

I am absolutely disgusted with your service. You have had more than a year to prepare a system to help clients such as myself who are Covid positive get their prescriptions. It was useless trying the App, the phone line and WhatsApp.

Sending it on email I got a delivery of the prescription in part, one item just left off. When questioning this, your pharmacist Francois could not even bother to look at the attachment in my emails properly.

I'm terribly disappointed that as "pharmacists that care" this is your service. You are part of the problem not part of the solution to helping us deal with this pandemic!
