Dischem useless guarantee and no customer care

*********** service. I bought Oral B electric toothbrush online. It has a two year guarantee. After a year the charger stopped working. Dischem arranged for P&G to collect. They said 7 working days . it is now four months and emails and phone calls are ignored.Dischem customer car does not reply at all to emails. PG say they will let me know (that was 1st June) Mahommed at Dischem La Lucia thinks it is not his problem.
