Dischem Unprofessionally and beyond Useless for Discovery Vitality Health Checks.

This company is totally reckless, *********** and unprofessional as far as Discovery Vitality Health Checks are concerned. Their lack of knowledge as to how these health checks should be done, has resulted in unnecessary stress, and additional expense. I had to call Discovery for the correct codes to be used, that's how *********** this lot is! I called Dischem and was told they needed 24 hours to address my complaint, after 24 hours another call, and still waiting for some ounce of professionalism let alone customer service. Avoid at all costs if you are looking to complete your Vitality Health Checks, not only will it cost unnecessary expense, and time, you will have to repeat the health check.
