Dischem unprofessional pharmacists

Good day

On the 4th of August I went to dischem in southgate , I then provided my script to the pharmacist , the script is for 6 months , the pharmacist even asked me should he load my script on the system and I said yes ,

Yesterday I went to pick up my second repeat of this script and the new pharmacist told me that was my last and I need to get a new script I explained to him that that is impossible because I did hand in a script that was for 6 months , this pharmacist gave me attitude and wanted to get rid of me really fast .

Got home and had a look at the box left it shows the name Mr Malcolm swartland and that there is 5 repeats left , I want this matter to be fixed asap do the pharmacists not look at the name of the patient on the script ?? I want this issue fixed or I will take this matter further to head office , the pharmacist who helped me yesterday told me to go back for a new script are you guys going to refund me with the money I paid for seeing the doctor and getting a script on the 4 of August ?? I don't think so I suggest your pharmacists concentrate and do a proper job how the hell can a male person be on the medication I got a script for , FIX this ******* if I don't get a call by close of business today I will report this matter. I paid money for that script consultation fee you'll sure as hell won't give me back my money for your pathetic unprofessional work the pharmacist who must resolve this his name is D. Mahon , he needs to find this script and fix this mess I will not accept another pharmacist telling me I must go back for another script
