<p>I was shopping with my wife and 6 year old son.</p> <p>After numerous times their staff (Neil) asking if we need help and "ARE YOU SURE?"when we said no as we were browsing the shelfs like any normal shopper. He was making us feel uncomfortable and implying we were doing something wrong. I then got confronted by Neil saying to me " Hi I need to talk you now please and come with me" He took me to the homeopathic oils and asked why did I open the oils? I then rep**** yes I did open a TESTER OIL that you have there as a TESTER. I can just think what the fellow shoppers were thinking. It looked like we had been caught *****ing. After pointing out which oils we opened and tested, they told us to our face that we opened oils that was not testers implying that we are *****. We then got a director involved called Brian Epstein and he has done nothing. We asked to see the footage and was denied this.</p>
