Dischem *******

I had gone for a covid test on the 6th july 2020.they had informed me that I will get results 5 to 8 days later..8 days had passed and still no results..I called dischem and they advised that I would get results 11 days later..still no results..I sent messages to the WhatsApp line and they have even stopped responding..I sent 3 emails and no response..it is now 15 days later and I have not received a response..these people are ******* claiming to provide a service without any delivery..I want my full refund
