Dischem - The Reef Harassment

I would like to report Dischem at The Reef shopping Centre for harassment. The sms me between 5-8 times a month to collect my meds that are ready, Meds that I know are ready for collection. I am not an idiot that needs constant reminding.

I have thus decided to follow the Opt Out instructions on the sms messages to no avail, I have sent the the word STOP probably over 50 times and yet I still get the sms messages.

On another note, the Dischem at The Reef is beyond pathetic, the service at the pharmacy for prescription meds always takes forever to complete as their is never more that maybe 2 staff members helping clients. The actual store is also useless as there is constantly empty shelves where items should be. The store was great when it opened but it seem mismanagement is driving it into the ground.
