Dischem The Glen Shopping Center

On 2 occasions I visited Dischem the Glen Shopping center and had to turn to 3 or 4 people for assistance because the staff is so ***********.

I asked one of the staff members for a Sharps container for needle disposal as advertised online and 4 of the employees working in that section didn't know what it was to start never mind knowing if they have one in store.

Later the same week I went to the dispenser for Lactaze and he didn't even know what it was for. He asked me numerous questions about lactose intolerance and later had to ask someone else for help. I had to eventually go to the isle on my own and look for it. He said he didn't know there was such a thing as a lactase enzyme replacement. The Dispenser is Mr K. Ngobe. He is clearly not qualified for the position.
