Dischem terrible service and just cancelled my order without telling me

24 March 2020 placed order. When I went to track delivery today (27th), it said order was cancelled on the 24th and I did not cancel order. However, I see the money has been deducted off my bank account today (fri 27th). Tried calling and emailing, but calls neither are answered. How bad during Covid 19 that orders are cancelled and im not even told about it. Important food orders too. Terrible service. I will then try and reverse amount of bank.
