Dischem terrible Covid testing

Dischem has a drive though Covid testing facility. I went on Tuesday 2nd June 2020 for the test and was told 2 to 3 days. It's now day 6 and no answer. When we complained they gave us an email which we have had no response from. We went back and they gave us a telephone number which the person on the other side seemed confused, so that was a bust. My folks went as well and were told 36 to 48 hours for results. The website says 3 to 5 days which has also past. My world is starting to think I'm lying to stay off work. We just have hope they get back to us as there is no website or proper number to phone where I guarantee will give you a proper answer.
