Dischem Tambotie Mall Randfontein Terrible Customer service

Good Day I want to lodge a complaint against mr Deon Coetzee at your Randfontein Tambotie Mall branch. My dad who had a serious stroke and developed a serious bladder infection with accompanying fungal infection of the ******* overnight which I was shown at 16:30 today the 24th of December 2018. I assisted him in getting comfortable and got hold of Dimitri at 17:10 to find out if his doctor can still phone through a script for emergency treatment. She assured me that she'll be waiting for the call from the doctor. Doctor Smook phoned 6 times to dispensary before 17:30. No-one answered. I, in the mean time raced to Dischem as I was told that they close at 18:00. I stood infront of the door at 17:37. The security guard called mr Deon Coetzee who was arrogant, rude, challenging and spitefully told me that all the chemists already left and that he is not prepared to check whether Dimitri was waiting for me. I begged him to just check if she did not leave a script to be collected for me to which he rep**** he is not qualified nor willing to help me. I then asked his name at which he pushed his name badge in my face to see. I think he is very very unprofessional - and assumed that he is a manager at the store. Maybe he is just the security guard in charge, but it reflects badly on your reputation.

I shall appreciate your attention to this matter, feedback and an apology from Coetzee. I understand that it the evening before Christmas, but you advertise your hours untill 18:00. This was an emergency and still is. While you all enjoy your Christmas my Dad will suffer due to Dischem's unprofessional staff and lack of training in customer care.
