Dischem Sunward Park Concerning Conduct

Dischem Sunward Park: Last month the Pharmacy dispensed the incorrect medication which could have made me seriously ill. On responding to my email and apologising there was no name on the email. This month they informed me that my 6 month prescription is only a 2 month prescription. In my opinion it is the same pharmacist who either didn't load the prescription, made a capturing error or intentionally deleted the prescription to hide the evidence of the incorrect meds dispensed. Surely they have access to the original prescription to verify the repeat period and should have loaded the entire prescription not only the meds that I took in the first month? Everytime I hold on to speak to someone I am cut-off, I am told to leave a message for the pharmacy manager and when I phone again I am told there is no pharmacy manager. All I know is that it is risk to submit a prescription to this pharmacy as serious errors are made, prescriptions go missing and there is nobody to manage or take responsibility.
