Dischem staff harassing another staff member

What the hell is wrong with that Patrick guy at Dischem in Cresta???? He is busy harassing the most friendliest cashier called Nompilo, about her facial skin problem. She is bursting into tears as I am typing this complaint. Now how is she supposed to work effectively? This has to be dealt with accordingly by HR, if not... it will be dealt with one way or another.
