Dischem staff bad attitude

I left my daughters clinic card at the nurses office in Dischem in Randridge mall about 2 weeks ago, and recieved an sms that I should collect, last week Friday, when my husband went to collect it, the nurses office was closed, he then asked a staff member at the medicine counter to assist him, and explained to her that the nurse had the card, she rudely asked him if he can see the sign on the door, as it said closed, he asked if knowone else had keys to the nurses office, she refused to assist him and said he must go and ask someone else to assist, this is really pathetic to treat customers like this, it is unfortunate that he did not get her name, he was so furious that he didnt even want to get the medicine we needed from Dischem, you should send out a general communication to your staff about how they treat customers and that person whom the shoe fits will get this message,she will know who she is, I always support dischem but after this, I will think twice about shopping here, especially at randridge mall
