Dischem Springs mall

I went into Springs Mall dischem on the 27th of December to buy insulin needles for my TRT treatment and to buy some zinc. I got *****ed by a needle that was open on a shelve.My daughter of 5 was with me.I went outside the store to phone my partner and ask to phone the sister of my GP to find out if im in danger to get HIV.She couldn't get hold of her as it is the festive season. I went back to the store and told the store manager that I was *****ed by a needle from their shelves .He then went to pharmacists and ask if I was in danger to get HIV.They then made a online appointment for a doctor. She advised us that it is a better option to take the PEP as we don't know who was *****ed by the needle before me.I took her advice,and paid for everything through my medical aid,because I have a partner and 3 daughters that is at risk and dependant on me.What frustrates me is that I was told by the store manager that head office will get into touch with me in the next 2 days,that never happened. I am on treatment now and don't know if I was exposed. My hole life is exposed due to this incident and it seems like Dischem does not care.I kept myself composed,but I feel what they doing and put me through is not fair.If there is anyone that can help me please. They don't want to give me footages that was shared with headoffice .I have to go for the HIV test again,is this **** fair???Please help!!my status was negative on the 2nd of December,again negative o the 27th,the day I got *****ed.... I have to wait 28 days for my next result....an then 3 months afterwards.......it sounds quite fair for a customer.....I don't feel so....
