Dischem - Springbok Pharmacy

Shocking, absolutely shocking management! Dischem has taken over Springbok Pharmacy, a very well known pharmacy in Alberton that has always been known for their great service. This pharmacy has been without working telephones for six weeks! They cannot receive any calls and they cannot make any outbound calls. What have you done about it Dischem? Absolutely nothing! As a client I can no longer phone in and order my repeat prescription. Sick people and/or pensioners, people that have no means of transport or those who cannot drive are greatly affected by this. They cannot contact Springbok and arrange for their meds to be delivered. Your staff are trying their best to assist your customers. Dischem how are they supposed to contact suppliers, deliver a service without working telephones? Sis on you Dischem, you should be ashamed. Don't tell me that a big organisation like yourselves cannot sort out telephone lines in 6 weeks
