Dischem Soshanguve Crossing bad customer service by assistant manager

I visited Dischem Soshanguve Crossing went to self medicated section and waited for more than an hour to served by 2 assistants who was also unfriendly. Then I proceeded to the tillpoint and served by a lady on teller 11, upon making a payment my transaction went through and then the receipt didn't print. I showed them that the transaction went through but they called an assistant manager called Pebetsi, whom I waited for about 30 minutes, and he refused to give me the items that I bought. I left the shop and at about 18h20 they called me to come back to the shop because the transaction was successful.

I told that I will never set my foot in their store, because they don't consider the petrol or travel expenses to go back to their shop.

I'm so disappointed about the humiliation and the terrible treatment that Pebetsi the assistant manager has treated me. He is so unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful toward a black community. He doesn't deserve to be a manager because he fails to use his discretion and common sense.
