Dischem shoddy service and rude staff

My partner and I spend an average of R3000 per week on supplements etc from Dischem. My massage the****** is at dischem and I use the clinic to administer injections which I have on a weekly basis. Dischem always has issues with its “high call volume” but I patiently hold on to book an appointment at the clinic. Lately, one cannot find any appointments available at victory park and I was advised to go to either Verdi centre or cresta as they are walk-In clinics. My Meirionnydd is time sensitive so I drive to Verdi dischem just to be rudely told by the clinic assistant that the sister is going on lunch. All that whilst waiting and listening to a conversation a couple had with the sister. She seemed to have plenty of time then to chat, so why a simple injection that takes 2 minutes including the tedious paperwork every time couldn’t be done especially as I was the only client waiting. I then left for cresta and after waiting a while with closed doors stating not to knock, I was again approached by the clinic coordinator of sorts and told that “everyone “ is in a meeting and I can wait for 30-40 minutes and that they won’t take long. 30-40 minutes? I work for myself so 30-40 minutes is a real money loss for me. That is precisely why I cal the call centre and sometimes hold for 30 minutes or more . At least with a phone call I can respond to emails or work on client requirements whilst holding. Dischem can now kiss an average of R12000 household spending goodbye and four friends, so far, agree. I’ll rather order online from reputable suppliers and use a smaller pharmacy clinic for more efficient service. I’m tired of rude staff, ****ty service and wasted time. BY THE WAY DISCHEM- IF YOU WANT TO GENUINELY HAVE EMPLOYEE BUY-IN AND THEREFORE RETAIN CUSTOMERS, CALL ME TO FIX IT. THE PROBLEM ALWAYS STARTS WITH THE CEO-sorry Mr. Saltzman but it’s the truth.
