Dischem shame in you.

I am very dissapointed in Dischem as I ordered some make up online and paid for it . I was informed a get hours later that there was no stock. First issue is why do they post out of stock items? Secondly they said they would refund me and this has been almost 20 days ago. They insist the refund was done but nothing yet. Very unfair and I will not support Dischem because of this kind of bad behavior and service.
