Dischem sending wrong medicine AGAIN!!!!

Once in every three months the illiterate stock pickers at dischem manages to get medication wrong. How difficult is it too read a list, pick the CORRECT stock, pack it and dispatch it????!!! I receive incorrect medication on a regular basis, even after speaking to a lady by the name of Anate. Really? Get it right or employ people that can read, pick the CORRECT stock and dispatch it. To make matter worse, the incorrect medicine is labelled incorrectly and has the wrong price on it. So someone is the de*****ing medical aides and someone would unknowingly take incorrect medicine if the cannot read the label for whatever reason.
