Dischem sells expired stock

Yesterday I bought a bottle of Rosehip seed oil from the Soil range a Dischem Clearwater mall.I have bought this brand before.Rosehip seed oil is orange in colour with a slightly thick consistency with a strong tree bark smell,it also creates a warm feeling when app**** to the face.The bottle of oil I bought yesterday is yellow and smells like cooking oil,it is runny and does not respond on the skin like it is supposed to.I had a look at the expiration date which says 08/20.What does that mean?One of two things is happening 1: Soil is delivering expired stock or 2 They are cutting real Rosehip seed oil with cooking oil and making a huge profit.I woukd like a refund.Very dissapointed Dischem for selling ******* to your customer.
