Dischem selling bad quality merchandise

I bought schools bags at Dischem. A month later the bags were torn which clearly indicates that the quality was not good at all.Upon querying this Jan De Jager said he cannot help me,he said he gets the bags from china and isn't bothered on the quality.During this interaction he was rude and didn't want to answer my questions.He told me he doesn't have time for this and doesn't care about customer service and that i'm wasting his time.Disgusting service,******** and totally unprofessional.He didn't even see the bags but just decided to shut me off. He gave me such attitude,****** still exists!
