Dischem selling appliances that causes sparks to household plugs

You guys sell air purifiers that get the plugs to spark up and you guys don't even want to exchange it im very ****ed off for the fact that you dont care, house could've burnt down, and i bought this purifier to use for my new born baby you guys dont take peoples lives into consideration i better get a refund or exchange you people are wrong
