Dischem Secunda worst service ever!

I am utterly upset with Dischem Secunda's dispensary. My mother tested positive for covid and the doctor emailed them her script early this morning and said it was extremely urgent that they deliver it today as my mom has an autoimmune disease. She's not allowed to go and get it herself and I live in Nelspruit so I could not even go and get it for her. She did not get her medicine today! How can they opperate like this? Do they even care? This is not the only issue we have with them, my mom is on extremely important medicine for her autoimmune disease and for months at a time they don't have her medicine. She keeps asking that they order in for her as it's chronic - they just don't care. It's think their customer service is the worst.
