scott street dischem i would like to know why they whats app you or call you to confirm you script and then tell you its ready for collection when you arrive at the dischem to collect you wait in a queue for at least one hour once you reach the Pharmacist and you voice your complain about waiting so long to collect after being told it was prepacked and ready for collection you get told you should have gone to the side of the counter to collect there is no signage or any kind indication of pre packet script medication collection point now my question is simply why not have it pre packed and put in its little cage ready for collection at the self medication counter or have a dedicated counter for that yesterday was the the last and final time i wait so long for a script i will not give them my script in future and use it at other pharmacy's where service will be quicker a lesson learnt do not give your scrip to them to keep it or you will be forced to use them and their painful system i really feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with frustrated customers unnecessary due to the lack of fore sight of dischem head office
