Dischem *****s clients orders

I recently ordered an item online, order ***. I received a message yesterday saying my order was collected. When I woke up today I sent them an email I'll be collecting my order and attached the collection email. When I got there, the lady said they remove items that r not collected in a day or 2 and thats a new policy. That sounded like a lie. Dischem *****s from their clients and it's disappointing.
