Dischem *********** customers

My wife bought a pair of crutches from dischem overport 10 days ago. After 2 days the rubber at the bottom came off and I almost triped. When she took it back to return it for another one the person told her he cannot but instead repair the rubber.

He did that, he only repaired one rubber not the other side, Anyways after 4 days the crutch bent And I almost fell again. It's now lying at home and I'm using a wheelchair. They refused to give another one or even a credit. This is extremely disappointing and theft if I may call it
