Dischem repeatedly losss scripts and forces husband and child to stand in q during epidemic over repeatedly losing our scripts.

Here we go again, A few years back I had a massive complaint with Dischem savanah in Polokwane. My script kept going "missing" and I was having to argue and say no its not missing, expired (which is what they say because they always promise to put new scripts in the system but get lazy and dont.)A really nice guy got back to me immediately after my last complaint a few years back and refered me to a beautiful lady by the name of Karien van de merwe. Karien kept scripts up to date, listened to me, didnt scream or belittle me or accuse me of lying or being an addict. Yes thats right. That was the treatment i was recieving because someone was repeatedly too lazy to log new repeat scripts into the system. A new manager has now taken her place as she has respectfully retired. This womans name is something like Porche, the dispensery manager. My husband waits in a massive que whilst an hour before I had the medication pre packed via phone call. Then he was asked after waiting in this q with a young child, hungry and tired in a corona outbreak, to wait for Porche as she wishes to speak ti him. She makes him wait a further half an hour. By this time my child is hungry and tired. Just the day before we called and medications where issues without a problem, yet today, shall we say this evening things where different. My husband then rushsd to Platinum park dischem where he waited a further 2 hours with child in hand, 4 year old ld in corona outbreak. A treainee then issued out the medications and had it signed and approved by the manager who also knows us well. Yet original script repeated for six months was handed in at savanah. I called police. My husbands phone was off and I didnt know where he was. We found him at Dischem platinum park. I implore you please, my last script expired in june last year. I then went to my dr and got a repeat for 6 months. Due to financial reasons i cannot collect a months medication at a time as this would come upto about 4000. I unfortunately have to get it bit by bit. This is nobodys fault yet has been kindly accommodated to me for years. At the worst possible time this is now started again. We do not have the funds or wish to take added risk of standing at our doctor for yet another repeat, where he becomes suspicious, asking for another script because dischem lost ours. I clesrly recal and can back my claim up with documentation that my script was indeed issues and given in to dischem Savanah. I find this trestment in such a time abhorrent and disgustingly cruel considering my child of four was with hungry and tired and due to neglegence had to spend an approximate time of three hours in q's during an outbreak.
