Dischem refuse refund

On the 6th of June' 24 I picked up my prescription from Dischem I ordered online. When I submitted the order for my prescription, I mentioned that I only want my Symbicort. When I picked up my prescription, I never checked it until I got home - which is 20km away from Dischem Jeffreys bay. I saw that they also included the nasal spray that was on my prescription. Then I understood why it was so much more expensive than normal. Today on the 10th I went to town again to return the nasal spray. Still closed and sealed as I received it. And the pharmacy refused to give me a refund. I feel it is unfair to let me pay for something I did not ask for since the beginning, and its completely sealed and in its original packaging. I don't use nasal sprays and would like to get a refund on this and return the nasal spray
