Dischem Refusal to Fill my Chronic script even though my script was Valid!

I am sick, I suffer from depression. Have been ill for 11 years. more than 11 years of exclusively shopping at your stores!!! Yesterday Dischem Bedfordview refused to fill my script, According to my dr the script is valid until June, Dischem insists it finished in March. My Doctor is refusing to give me a new script because my current one is still valid until June. I spoke to Phillip yesterday and I decided to rather hang up the call than to put myself through more distress. To top this off I have been unemployed for 15 years and sometimes can only afford 2 or 3 pills at a time, please check my record with the store, it should be on file, Hopefully the phonecall with Phillip was also recorded, I have the recording in case you have trouble finding it. This store has done this to me before!!!! More than once! So, today I have NO Medication and I am already suffering and my head hurts, but it obviously does not bother you at all. Thank you Dischem. Update 12 June 2020 The Above happened in April. I have been trying since then to get a refund on my "UNNEEDED DOCTORS VISIT FOR A NEW SCRIPT" Carla Carvalho is now refusing to take my calls and I have left messages at HQ and also a whole string of emails asking for my money back.. I am constantly told the issue has been handed over to senior management for investigation.. Not 1 single phonecall from them, I phone and I am put on hold indefinitely at HQ at person at ext 6000 , why you dont return my calls?? .I am at my wits end and Dischems true colors shone through on how they handled this... Dont deny a depressed person his medicine. I am left with no other choice but to seek legal advice to get my R530 back. I am not going to let this "GO" ..Shame on you Dischem, Shame on you!
