Dischem Raslow does not give money back

I have escalate the following issue on Dischem website and to the store Admin manager and store manager with no valid response.

Their card machine failed and caused my credit card to deduct 2 transactions and then they tried my savings account and then the transaction go through.

At the end paid twice.

It is now 3 days and no response

Also the admin manager was not helpful att all.

So please make sure of your transactions if you pay.

Also I want my money back from this store
