Dischem Raslouw - Selling masks before entering the store

Dischem Click & Collect Order I went do Dischem Raslouw on Saturday to collect my order, however, I was not allowed into the shop due to myself having a material mask and asked to buy a mask that they sold at the door. Nowhere in the regulations did it stipulate what type of mask should be used!!!! Mrs. Zuma explicitly said use a scarf or T-shirt?????? Is this than financial gain for Dischem or what is going on? I am utterly disgusted and infuriated that I could not receive my online order due to regulations that have suddenly changed on Dischem Raslouw's part. I have been to Dischem RAslouw with my current mask last week en there were no problems/issues. Why now????????? The masks are in a basket (some of them even not packaged) with a lady with a credit card machine to ring it up!!!! Seriously!!!! I WILL NOT buy a mask from that basket and risk that I get ill!!!! I would like my order to be delivered as soon as possible. Please contact me to make arrangements. I have tried to contact the Dischem Care Line as well after the incident but after two rings it cuts out. Please check this as well as this also questions the name of the line "Care Line'. Do you really care? I expect an answer or contact for my online order by COB Monday 4 May 2020. Yolandi Potgieter
