Dischem Promenade unreachable

On Saturday 15 June I contacted Dischem Promenade a few times to speak to a pharmacist regarding one of our patients medication. Proof of a call log can be provided. I even left my phone number. To this day no call back. So the patient had to go without medication up until today!! I am deeply dissatisfied at the lack of service from a group as big as this!!
