Dischem prescription management is horrible

The prescription management of dischem is probably the worse I have ever seen. Multiple times I have handed in a 6 month prescription just to be told on the next visit that it was not submitted for 6 months. This means another visit to the doctor, more money lost, etc.

The app is also very bad.. just checking if you have a repeat left, and not actually ordering it seems to remove one of your repeats!

Worst of all there is nothing to be done because they dont seem to keep record of your original prescription.
