DISCHEM POPIA BREACH

This is bordering on POPIA breach let alone being bad service. Dischem messed up our profile completely and the can't seem to fix it up, regardless of our multiple visits, chats and dispensery manager interventions. 1. The claim our meds from my daughters med aid ( she is on a completely diff fund... not part of mone) 2. They cross call myself, wife and daughters (some who are not even on our med aid)

This is the point where I am now considering the Ombud for pera info sharing. Their relictance and incompetence is beyong frustrating.
